BioBlitz at Orlando and Buckley Streets

Discover and help us track the biodiversity at two small properties KLT protects in the charming Lincoln Park neighborhood of the town of Ulster. We will use a variety of methods to track birds, mammals, insects, plants, and fungi. These will include apps (like Merlin, Seek, and iNaturalist), our own eyes and ears (and binoculars if you have them), and guest nature experts from the local naturalist community. Both properties are small-but-mighty and within walking distance of each other. Both properties have crop trees, wild trees, open areas, and Esopus Creek frontage, making for diverse habitats and inhabitants.
