The Land is Calling End of the Year Celebration

Kingston Nature

Join us Wednesday, November 18, at Senate Garage for The Land is Calling, Kingston Land Trust’s End of the Year Celebration & Fundraiser! Come gather with the people who make this work possible, celebrate what we’ve grown together, and help sustain a future where land is cared for, shared, and accessible to all.

Join us as we honor The Good Work Institute, Eli Basch & Dan Heppner and Kevin McEvoy & Michael Drillinger for their commitment to building a more just, connected, and regenerative Hudson Valley and for the ways they help strengthen community and deepen our relationship with the land.

Live musical performance by Mario Rincon y Los Caprichos (music rooted in the rich folk traditions of the Americas).

A lifelong disciple of the great folk traditions of the world, singer and bandleader Mario Rincon draws inspiration from Cuban son, Colombian cumbia, and classic New York salsa. His ensemble, Los Caprichos, revives Cuban classics from the 1950s, bringing their vibrant sound to dance floors and audiences throughout the Hudson Valley.

Come ready to celebrate and dance a little, too!
